Founded in 2016 beneath Tantalus Estate, Alibi is a small, New Zealand built microbrewery rooted in the Onetangi Valley. Tucked beneath the vines, the Brewers Lounge shifts from a brick lined, speakeasy style bunker to an open beer garden spilling out into the vineyard. At its core, it is about the beer. A tight, considered range led by hop forward styles, built on balance and drinkability, designed for people who love good beer. The rest follows naturally, a full menu, seasonal cocktails, and world class wines from the vineyard that surrounds you.
