Banksy is a pseudonymous England-based street artist, political activist and film director whose real name and identity remain unconfirmed. The original artwork was made in 2012, the year in which Queen Elizabeth celebrated her Diamond Jubilee. The iconography that comes with both the Queen and Ziggy Stardust are both different. While they are both internationally recognised icons, they represent different aspects of life. Another wonderful Banksy creation to add to the collection.
