The Kererū, or New Zealand Wood Pigeon, is a native NZ bird. Fun fact- it won 'Bird of the Year' in 2018!
Kererū have famously earned a reputation as the drunkest bird in New Zealand due to their habit of falling out from trees after consuming rotting fruit left lying on the ground. This painting will teach you the basics of wet on wet, and wet on dry techniques. It is lots of fun and will require you to trust the process!
