This is a super fun painting because it doesn't need too many instructions! Once you are taught the blending technique, you can complete the painting at your own pace.
We use wet on wet blending, then add final details of the strawberry pips and subtle shadows to make the painting pop! The trick to this painting is not what you paint - but what you don't! It's the small areas of white paper showing through on the cherries, that give them highlights and make them look juicy and shiny.
