How does it work?
Confirm a date and time with one of our friendly team.
Confirm numbers so we can send you an accurate quote and bring appropriate supplies for event.
Confirm a location, either on-site, at a location of your choice or at a venue that we partner with.
Show up at the appropriate time and location and we take care of the rest.
Do your events include food and drink?
All of our pricing is exclusive of food and drink, however we are more than happy to liaise with our bar and restaurant partners to organise suitable food and drink options for your group. If you are hosting your event on site, you are more than welcome to self-cater the event with your own food and drink. This can also help save on cost and make the event more affordable for smaller parties.
What do we get to paint?
You can choose to paint one of our featured and most popular paintings created by our one of our experienced artists. Alternatively, if you have something specific you would like to paint we can get it approved by the artist a week before the event so that they can practice teaching the specific painting you would like to use. Additional fees apply.
Is our workplace suitable to hold a Paintvine event?
Here’s a list of what you need to have available for an event to be held at your workplace:
- Tables and chairs for everyone
- Access to water to fill paint cups and wash brushes afterwards
- Info for parking on site if possible or best parking nearby for unloading gear.
Is the paint washable?
All of our paint is water based, meaning a good scrub and a wash and the paint comes right out. We also supply tablecloths to protect your tables if you’re having the event on site.
What should we wear?
We supply aprons but recommend not wearing big baggy sleeves or your number ones just in case.
Can we do a custom painting for our event?
Of course! We are happy to design and customise paintings specifically for your group or occasion. You’ll work directly with us to set some themes or ideas for your painting, and our artist will create it. It should be noted that some images may not be able to be designed due to copyright/trademarks or difficulty, but we will keep you in the loop. A custom painting does carry an additional $250 fee to cover our artists time in creating your masterpiece.
What happens if we have last minute pull-outs or no-shows?
We ask for a 50% deposit to secure the date and time for your event, with the final 50% due one week before the event. The final invoice can be adjusted for the number of people attending up to one week before the event. Unfortunately, we can’t refund no-shows so be sure to get confirmation of numbers seven days prior to your event start date.
